MaxAmp Battery Pack Warranty & Warranty Details
MaxAmp Battery Packs come with a 1 YEAR WARRANTY from manufacture defects. The Warranty does not cover neglect such as leaving the scooter out in the rain, or leaving the battery on idle on full charge for over 1 month (30 days). If you plan on leaving the battery idle for up to 2 months you must, and we repeat YOU MUST KEEP IT AT 60% CHARGE OR YOU WILL RUIN THE BATTERY AND VOID WARRANTY.
STORAGE INFORMATION: Storage of scooter is best kept in a climate controlled environment due to lithiums being very sensitive to harsh climate changes. Riding in the cold is fine , but device should be kept in climate controlled area.
